Putting down the letter from Mr. Bennet and looking at the paper he included with it, he ran his finger down the column. Comparing the difference each one reflected, he sat back debating how he wished to handle it.

Reaching for a sheet of paper, he scratched out a missive and sanded it. Sealing it with wax, and his mark, and set it aside. Glancing at his pocket watch and noting how late it was, “It can go express first thing in the morning.” Grabbing the three papers, he put Bennet’s letter and his enclosure into his safe.

Walking to the foyer, “Jacobs, I want this sent express at first light.”
